
Eli and Lilly Elevate Booth Presence with Photo Mosaic Wall
What draws attention better at a crowded exhibition event with tall rows of booths than a giant, interactive photo wall? And that’s how Eli and Lilly spelled out success at two successive pharma expos in November 2024, wrapping up each with a mighty round of applause.
Eli and Lilly is a multinational pharmaceutical company, based in the USA, pioneering research and development in medicine and having earned prestige and trust for several important drugs. Lilly India is making a formidable presence, collaborating with homegrown brands and fostering research in areas relevant to key health issues faced in South Asia.
Objectives: It is in this bid to establish itself as a household name that the company has been maximizing its presence through participation in conferences and expos. From November 7 to 10, the company participated in the 53rd edition of ESICON- the Endocrine Society of India Conference held in Visakhapatnam. This was followed by its attendance at the RSSDI Annual Diabetic Conference at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka from November 14 to 17. The intent of the booth was to create a massive draw and engage medical professionals and other visitors through a meaningful gesture.
Solution: To make the most of these conferences in terms of garnering greater eyeballs and impressing upon the audience its mighty brand presence, GoKapture Hub provided its Photo Mosaic Wall software to help design an interactive exhibition booth experience that would capture the hearts of attendees and shine a light on Lilly’s purpose and fruitful work.
Implementation: The Photo Mosaic Wall in Visakhapatnam and Delhi was a sight to behold, connected with 3 to 5 tab stations for multiple booth users to participate simultaneously. As a real-time interactive event wall, it invited visitors to engage with the brand. The logo-revealing activity allowed for medical professionals, dignitaries, experts and other attendees to contribute with their smiles.

The mosaic software seamlessly integrated with the booth to optimize the procedure, with ready-to-use tabs that the visitors could use to fill in their details, take a selfie and submit.
By providing multiple tab stations for registration and photo submission, the Photo Mosaic Wall in Delhi and Vizag also facilitated the lead generation process for the company.
nveiling the logo with bit-by-bit contributions acted as the perfect engagement activity, keeping people hooked right till the final reveal and allowing them to share in a memorable experience.
This branded experience was also designed to prompt booth visitors to take to social media to share the same. Each individual photo, as well as the final photo mosaic, was downloadable with a custom overlay to motivate online sharing.
The Digital Mosaic was customized to aid and reflect Lilly’s commitment to a greater purpose, inviting each visitor to take a pledge and spread awareness. For instance, in Delhi, every booth user took an Obesity Awareness Pledge and participated in the making of a record for the Asia Book of Records for a remarkable number of signatories.
The setup helped Lilly’s booth stand out in the crowd, and directed the footfall of thousands at both the conferences to interact with the brand.
